Tipula

If you were a fly on the wall of Eldar Brantman’s Tel Aviv apartment, you’d see the pianist/producer and his bandmate, singer/songwriter Dana Dunietz, laughing, writing and exploring their smoothed-out, jazz-influenced jams. That’s the idea behind Tipula. The duo is named after the large, wall-dwelling insects that watched the mellow, smoke-wafting hangs that gave birth to their Raw Tapes debut, Greening. Tipula is the sound of ease and connection; music to fill up a room of friends with joy.
